Alison James
Ali is the Director of Collingswood Care and has worked in Care for 40 years, when she's not helping others she's out with her horses.
Alison has RMA and ILM qualifications, together with a degree in strategic management.
Colin Tyler
Colin is the Registered Manager of Collingswood Care; when he's not at work he likes to spend time with his daughters and grandkids. His favourite place on earth isn't Disney but Fortnum and Mason.
Natalie Cowan
Natalie is the Deputy Manager of Collingswood Care and has worked in care for 33 Years, when she's not at work she can often be found at the Gym, the theatre or if she's lucky a weekend away somewhere.
Craig Stuart
Craig is the Finance manager of Collingswood Care and has worked in Care for 17 Years; when he's not making sure the Carers are getting paid, he's usually off on some random day trip somewhere or on one of his many many holidays.
Bettina Barclay
Plympton & Plymstock Care Coordinator
When Bea has some free time from work, she enjoys socialising with family and friends, attending the gym and being the biggest Disney fan ever!!
Kimberley Partridge
Kimberley deals with recruitment, social media and HR enquires.
When she's not out and about with her family and her sausage dog Slinky, she is learning how to crochet animals and catching up on MAFS!
Lou Degabriel
Doubles Care Coordinator
Lou is the girl to turn to for all of your doubles client queries, in her free time she loves socializing with friends and family. She loves attending festivals and is the biggest Harry Potter fan!!
Tracy Danes
Tracy is our training guru, dealing with all things training! When she’s not organising the diary she loves spending with her family and beautiful cat George.

When Nick isn't saving the day with our finance queries he enjoys hiking on the moors with his daughter and two dog Gizmo and Duggee!

Doubles Rosterer
When Linda isn't working hard, she enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren, and her sausage dog Lola.

Plympton & Plymstock Rosterer
When Sophie isn't sorting out the rotas for Plympton and Plymstock she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Sophie is a keen traveller and an excellent baker!
Kerri Roberts
Admin Assistant
Kerri has 15 years' experience in the care sector, Kerri helps with all aspects of administration duties. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two children, going on spa days, and attending local boxing events.

City Rosterer
Codie is our city rosterer, when she has time off Codie enjoys catching up with friends, bike riding with her three children and shopping for the latest fashion trends.
Natalie Hamm
North Rosterer
Nat is our north rosterer. When she's not rearranging runs and sorting rotas you will find her taking walks, on the beach with her daughter, shopping and crocheting her latest project.
Mike Morely
Trainer
When Mike isn't teaching and training our staff members, he loves spending time with his family, building the latest Lego creation and scale modelling.
Donna Wengradt
City Coordinator
When Donna isn't dealing with city client enquiries she is attending her granddaughters dance competitions, looks after NINE grandchildren and cares for her lovely mum. Busy lady!!
